Christmas wreath tac pin with sparking high quality Swarovski Austrian crystal rhinestones. Rhinestones are all prong set so there is no need to worry about them falling out.
Tacs are really fun pieces. They are small pins that can be worn either individually or in groups on shoulders, lapels, sleeves, cuffs, caps, etc. They are attached with fasteners like those on post earrings as opposed to traditional pins.
